200g That’s Amore Cheese Truffle Stracciatella
500g cooked potato gnocchi
½ cup olive oil for frying
100g prosciutto
Drizzle of Honey
Black pepper
Handful of fresh basil
Step 1
Fry the prosciutto in a pan for 1-2 minutes until crispy. Drain the excess old on paper towels.
Step 2
Heat a generous layer of oil in a pan. Add gnocchi straight in (no boiling needed if pan-frying) Cook until golden and crispy on all sides.
Step 3
Spoon gnocchi onto a plate Spoon over truffle stracciatella. Scatter crispy prosciutto Drizzle with honey, fresh basil leaves and finish with black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
