Ricotta Festival 2026

Are you ready to celebrate? Thomastown’s much-loved Ricotta Festival is back! Now in its sixth instalment, this year promises to be our biggest yet.

Explore the Ricotta Festival

At the heart of it all is our legendary Ricotta Calda, made fresh and served warm at the festival. With over 25 stallholders, you can feast your way through Italy with spaghetti tossed in a 40kg Grana wheel, wood-fired Pizza Napoletana, Sicilian charcoal BBQ, cannoli, gelato and more. Be sure to explore our marketplace too, featuring local artisans, handcrafted goods and fresh produce.
