Instructions
  1. Start by prepping all your salad ingredients.
  2. Finely shred the cabbage, cut the tomatoes into wedges, quarter the radishes and slice the cucumber.
  3. Season everything from a height with a little salt.
  4. Pick over a few coriander leaves, add some finely sliced fresh chili.
  5. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and garlic powder in a blender or food processor. With the motor running, slowly pour water through the chute until the mixture is creamy and reaches the desired consistency.
  6. Remove from blender and stir in chopped peanuts.
  7. Place 5 bocconcini in a skewer, pan-fry them lightly in a non-stick pan until golden and hot.
  8. Place skewers on a plate, serve with salad and peanut sauce. Enjoy!
