Instructions
  1. Thickly slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella, place the tomatoes on a serving plate and add the slices of mozzarella on top. Tuck the whole basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella slices, then drizzle over the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
